- 175g mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 2Tbls Cream Cheese
- 100g almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- olice oil
- garlic powder
Method
1. Melt together mozzarella and cream cheese in a medium bowl.
2. Add almond meal, salt and egg and mix together well
3. To make pizza bases, divide the mixture evenly in two. Gently press out flat on a pizza tray lined with baking paper.
4. Prick holes with a fork and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top
5. Bake at 180° until golden brown switching racks halfway through for even baking.
