(Makes 8)
500g premium beef mince
1 large egg
150g almond flour
1 ½ tsp hot English mustard
1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
½ tsp ground white pepper
1 Tbls mixed herbs
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp coriander flakes
1 tsp onion flakes
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp hot ground chilli
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Combine ingredients in a large bowl mixing well with your hands.
3. Shape into patties making a small divot in the centre.
4. Pan fry on high for 2 minutes on each side then put them in the oven until cooked through.
5. Serve in a lettuce bun with your favourite toppings like cheese, tomato, bacon and avocado.
